Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse and we will notify you by email. We ship from Monday to Friday and transit times vary by country and freight forwarder (see table).
Important: Orders received from Monday to Friday until 11.30 am could be processed the same day, after that time, will be processed for the next day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first available working day. Once the order is placed, it goes into the process of preparation for shipment, and cannot be cancelled.
Holidays in the Province of Las Palmas should be taken into account as a holiday in the delivery period, because our logistics center is centralized in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas - Gran Canaria). This period may be altered according to fortuitous incident or force majeure, and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of Ö by Sabina. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for a morning or afternoon delivery time, you can indicate it in the order comment and the courier company will try to comply with it according to your route and schedule possibilities. In order to guarantee the quality of our shipments, they are sent by the leading courier service in the express transport sector. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Pick up at PICKUP Point
The transport company will make two home delivery attempts, in two different working days and at different times. If you are unable to make the delivery, you can pick up the package at the PICKUP Point closest to your home. You will have 5 calendar days to go to the office and pick up the package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment or re-dispatch is required, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping that may be incurred. Safe Place Delivery
If you select that the transport agency leaves the package in the garden, door, terrace or some accessible area of your residence, you will have requested the Safe Place option. Keep in mind that if you select this option, assume a risk and lose the right to claim.
No Customs Expenses
For deliveries in the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs, we send the purchase directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs charges, taxes or other supplements are included, we will never ask you for an additional subscription. It's very easy, you pay for your purchase at osabina.com and receive it without having to make any additional payments.
Modification of data and conditions
Ö by Sabina reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version of these will be indicated in advance in the "Shipping & Delivery" and "Warranty & Returns" sections.
